Replace the plain-vanilla "template.dotx" in the Forms library of "Certificate Library" to be a new Word dotx with Quick Parts for the Type of Award, Full Name, and Certificate and Date fields - doesn't work, fields aren't available, and when they are, I Set Type of Award of library document to be Type of Award from list - works Set Certificate Date of library document to be Certificate Library from list - works ![]() Go to the Insert tab > Text group and click Quick Parts. Set Path & Name of new document to be Full Name from list - appears to work If you have many building blocks and you cannot remember the name of the particular snippet that you want to use, find it in the Quick Parts Gallery: In a message, position the cursor where you want to insert the Quick Part.
